Hinduism is perhaps the oldest religion in the world, it is at least four thousand years old! It has no single founder and no single scripture (holy book). Hinduism is often referred to as a “way of life”. Hinduism is also called “Sanatan Dharma” meaning “eternal religion”, which suggests that Hinduism is timeless and the teachings of Hinduism are relevant to all people, at all times.
Hindus worship a number of Gods and Goddesses but most Hindus believe in one Supreme God.
